Are you wondering how to start your healing journey, but aren’t sure how to get started?
Starting your healing journey can be confusing and even daunting at times. There are many different modalities and it can be hard to know where to start.
If you’re just starting out or are struggling to move forward, James O’Grady offers a Coaching service to help get you going in the right direction.
Coaching sessions of 30 and 60 minutes are offered separately or in conjunction with healing sessions.

Couples & Group
Healing
$240 — 90 min
Heal History offers couples and partners the opportunity to begin their exploration of energy and consciousness healing together.

Group healing sessions are an excellent way for people to support each other in the healing process. It is especially effective with people who have a shared trauma experience, or who share a similar issue.
Group healing sessions are conducted in person either at a location of the client’s choosing, or at Heal History’s office.

Readings are billed at $85 + HST a session.
Disaster Healing
$1250 —10 hours
Have you, your family or community suffered through a natural or manmade disaster? We can help.
James O’Grady has lived through two natural disasters. As a result, he has developed an affinity for protecting spaces during extreme weather events, and healing people and places after the trauma has set in.
*Due to the nature of disaster healing and protection services, there is no guarantee of success. There is also a minimum fee of $1250.
