How can energy and consciousness healing help us heal?
There are three specific things people should take into account with regard to energy healing that differ from traditional healing approaches. Things many people either haven’t heard before or did not consider relevant to their healing.
The first is that we have four bodies, not just one. Yes, we have a physical body that we can see, but we also have an energetic body, a spiritual body and an emotional body that come together to form the “Aura” around us. If a wound has manifested in your physical body, it means it has already passed through your three other bodies.
Second, the human body can heal itself. We see this when we get a cut or a bruise. It may take some time and a little help from an ice pack, but our body does heal itself over time.
Third, the impact of wounds that go unhealed in our bodies doubles in size every seven years. So, because most first-time emotional wounds occur in a person’s childhood—The first time you were embarrassed, or got angry or felt ashamed—All of these first-time emotional wounds that go unhealed continue to increase in their impact on our lives as time passes.
You’ve heard people say before, or something similar: “Oh, he’s always like that. Just ignore it… “
The little quirks each of us develop and nurture throughout our lives is not necessarily a “personality trait”, but rather a wound expressing itself. A wound that is asking to be healed. The longer it goes unhealed, the greater the impact on your life.
Energy and Consciousness healing focuses on healing all four of our bodies so a wound will not continue to impact the patient’s life, nor re-manifest in the future. Wiping the slate clean so-to-speak, so the person can have a fresh start.
Sacred Water
My recent trip to Peru and in particular to a Incan Water Temple in the Sacred Valley has inspired me to write this poem about the sacredness of water in our lives.
Sacred Water
Liquid, gas, solid.
Cool to the touch unless heated.
Clear and translucent,
Appearing in shades of green and blue.
Essential to life—
Guarding its memory.
Through it’s essence flows
The lifeblood of Mother Earth.
It’s song reverberates for all to
Hear, see and touch.
Smelling only when fouled.
Can you sense it?
Running wild, pure and clean.
Glistening in the sun.
Life and death at its command,
It is all and everything.
All Life is Love
All Life is Love
The message ‘All Life is Love’ came to me in a meditation not long ago. I was doing a special exercise to access universal healing knowledge.
If you haven’t tried meditation yet, I highly recommend learning the basics at a very minimum. Quite aside from the many different types of meditation practice, learning how to enter into a trans or trance state has many advantages, especially for energy and consciousness healing.

A fun meditation to start with is Un-Meditation from Peter Bernard of the 8th Fire School.
In this instance, I was working with a deck of Oracle cards and following the instructions on the card I had drawn. The card asks that we share whatever information we receive.
And, so I am writing this blog post to share this message of higher learning which I have received from the universe. It is a tremendous honour to have the opportunity to receive information and knowledge of this nature. But, what does it mean?
I’ve been pondering it since first receiving the message. I’ve come to think it means that all life is created or has been created through the act of love. Whether that act is the physical act of sex or the loving intention of our creator when life was created.
What does it mean to you? Please share your thoughts…
Why Heal History?
Why Heal History?
We all have a story—a life history. Events from our past that continue to resonate and influence our present life. A story we tell so well it shapes how we see ourselves and how we live our life.
But, is this what we really want? Is the life you’re living now the life you want to live?
Heal the story that lives inside you
We all have a story—a life history. Events from our past that continue to resonate and influence our present life. A story we tell so well it shapes how we see ourselves and how we live our life.
But, is this what we really want? Is the life you’re living now the life you want to live?
This is the question I finally asked myself 10-years ago. The answer was no. Due to my health issues it was obvious what I needed to do—get better. I knew I would never be able to live the life I wanted unless I healed my body.
Many people unknowingly find themselves living in the past, tied to past events in their life that continue to resonate. Events like physical injuries, chronic diseases, the death of family or friends. Events that hurt us physically, emotionally, psychologically, and ultimately energetically.
Through my lifelong study of human history I’ve come to recognize the truth behind Arnold Toynbee’s theory of the cyclical nature of the rise and fall of human civilization. He rightly identified that humanity is caught in a loop or cycle that is repeating itself.
The rediscovery of energy and consciousness healing in the last 100+ years has revealed that repeating issues or problems in our lives are an indication of wounds that need to be healed. This is as true for individuals as it is for humanity as a whole.
The objective of Heal History is to help clients begin their healing journey: To heal and to learn how to heal themselves and others.
I encourage you to join me on this path to living a healed life—the life you were meant to live…
